Open Houses and MLS

After you have met with your listing agent and discussed all of the paper work, it’s time to get started with marketing. Your agent will most likely hold an open house to help promote your property. Photos along with verbal descriptions help to sell your home. A special spot for comment is allotted where an agent can state when and what time the open house will be taking place.

The purpose of having your home listed with MLS is to expand the number of employees working on selling your home. Because buyer’s agents are working hard for their clients, you make it easy on them by listing on the MLS for everyone to clearly see.
